Where can I buy fly ash bulk for cement production?
Au Club supplies fly ash meeting ASTM C618 Class F and Class C specifications, sourced from coal-fired power generation. Delivery is bulk in 25 MT or 1 MT bags, FOB loading port or CIF destination port. Used as a Supplementary Cementitious Material (SCM) in cement and concrete production. HS code 2621.90.
What is the difference between Class F and Class C fly ash?
Class F fly ash (low-calcium, <10% CaO) is the most common SCM in concrete, providing pozzolanic activity and long-term strength gain. Class C fly ash (high-calcium, 10-30% CaO) has both pozzolanic and self-cementitious properties, useful in mass concrete pours and stabilisation applications. Au Club supplies both grades per ASTM C618.
Does fly ash meet ASTM C618 specifications?
Yes. Au Club's fly ash is tested by SGS or Intertek for ASTM C618 conformance, including loss on ignition (LOI), SiO2+Al2O3+Fe2O3 sum (≥70% Class F, ≥50% Class C), SO3 content, and fineness. Certificate of Quality issued per shipment.
